Arlo Parks brings her Desire Tour to the Muffathalle in Munich on 16 November 2026. The Londoner moves between indie pop, gentle soul tones and alternative R&B, with subtle bedroom-pop nuances. Her songs are driven by a calm voice up front, short vignettes, observations and small gestures — lyrics that tell of youth, relationships and mental health and often echo poetry and spoken word. Since her first breakthrough with "Cola" (2018) and the EPs Super Sad Generation and Sophie (2019), she has honed a distinctive narrative: clear melodies, spare beats, warm guitars and plenty of space for words. With the albums Collapsed in Sunbeams (2021) and My Soft Machine (2023) the sound became denser without losing its intimacy. Live, the focus is on atmosphere and storytelling: a groove that doesn't push, bass and drums that breathe, and hooks that settle in quietly. On the Desire Tour, new material and tracks from her previous releases come together — close and flexible between pop sensibility and R&B timing.
