Info
Taylor Acorn brings her blend of pop-punk and emo to Patronaat in Haarlem on April 28, 2026. The American singer-songwriter started out in Pennsylvania, found her footing in Nashville and initially settled into country-pop with the EP Put It in a Song (2017). From 2020 her focus shifted: original tracks and reworked covers circulated online, featuring hefty guitars, direct hooks and lyrics about relationships, nostalgia and mental health. That change of course culminated in the EP Certified Depressant (2022), which placed her among contemporary pop-punk acts without losing her songwriter’s signature.
On stage she expands that sound with a band: melody up front, driving rhythms and just enough edge to let pop sensibility collide with rock tension. The set leans on recent singles, supplemented by early favorites and, here and there, collaborations she recorded with artists including Magnolia Park. Expect no frills—compact songs that stick, choruses you can sing along to straight away, and stories that feel close to home. Haarlem will get a show that precisely demonstrates where Taylor Acorn stands now: personal, melodic and charged with the energy of a sold-out room.
