Vandoliers

On 15 June 2026, Vandoliers will play at SPOT/De Oosterpoort in Groningen. The six-piece from the Dallas–Fort Worth area has been developing its own blend of country, punk, Tex‑Mex and Americana since the mid‑2010s. Led by singer and guitarist Joshua Fleming, the band channels the energy of his punk background into honky‑tonk, with prominent roles for fiddle, horns and sing‑along choruses.

The setlist features songs from Ameri‑Kinda (2016), The Native (2017), Forever (2019, Bloodshot Records) and the self‑titled Vandoliers album from 2022. Fast tempos, vocal harmonies and direct melodies form the common thread. After years of touring with the likes of Old 97’s and Flogging Molly, the band’s live show focuses on tight rhythms, border‑crossing sounds and a brand of country‑punk that seeks out the dancefloor. Expect a compact evening where fiddle lines collide with guitar hooks and choruses carry the audience along — no frills, but plenty of drive.
