Tame Impala’s Deadbeat Tour will come to the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on 4 May 2026. The project centered on Kevin Parker, together with Dom Simper and Jay Watson, has delivered a psychedelic blend since its early years: warm fuzz guitars, pulsing basses and dreamy synths, compact on record and more expansively stretched out live.
The story began with the untitled 2008 EP on Modular Recordings and early support shows for MGMT. Innerspeaker honed the sound, while Lonerism opened the door to a larger audience. Live, it’s about trance-like rhythms, earworm melodies and a play between introspection and eruption.
At the Ziggo Dome, Tame Impala will present a set that embraces the core years and builds the repertoire layer by layer. Parker’s voice guides the journey, guitars and synths trace the contours, and the groove holds everything together. Date and venue: 4 May 2026, Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam.
