Aries will perform at Melkweg in Amsterdam on April 20, 2026. The American singer, rapper, producer and graphic designer was born in Wichita and raised in Orange County, and he first built his audience online. From 2012 he posted instrumentals and remakes of contemporary rap tracks on YouTube, after which he began to push forward his own songs: self-produced beats, melodic choruses and a mix of alternative hip-hop, pop and rock accents. With his debut album Welcome Home (2019) he established that approach with guitars, trap rhythms and often layered vocals—direct in tone but leaving room for introspection. Believe in Me, Who Believes in You (2021) moves further toward pop, paying attention to textures and the dynamic between rapped verses and sung choruses. Around his creative hub Wunderworld, Aries safeguards the cohesion between music, visuals and identity. Live, the focus is on that whole: sharp hooks, tight productions and a set that alternates between energetic passages and more contemplative moments, with support acts serving as the warm-up.
