On 21 May 2026, at Bal Chavaux in Montreuil, John 5 will unfold his guitar-driven universe, forged between Los Angeles studios and rock and metal stages. Having worked with David Lee Roth before accompanying Marilyn Manson and then Rob Zombie, the American presents a solo, entirely instrumental repertoire where heavy metal and hard rock meet turns into country, bluegrass and surf. On stage he alternates heavy riffs, Nashville-style picking, shred runs and nods to an aesthetic nourished by horror cinema. His career has been shaped through encounters with artists from diverse backgrounds — from Rob Halford to Alice Cooper, from K.D. Lang to Rod Stewart, including Tina Guo and Steven Adler. Since 2022 he has handled live guitar duties for Mötley Crüe while continuing his personal projects. Here, the set focuses on his own compositions, conceived for live performance, with structured instrumental writing and precise playing, balancing raw energy with rootsy detours.
