Dream, Ivory brings its blend of dream pop, shoegaze and indie rock to The Sound Garage in Toronto on March 14, 2026. Led by brothers Christian and Louie Baello from Orange County, the duo grew out of a home project shared online, shaping songs with saturated guitars, reverb‑washed vocals and a direct sense of melody. Over time they’ve moved from lo‑fi intimacy toward denser productions, where layered guitars meet grounded bass lines and unhurried rhythms that nod to slowcore and alternative pop. Their 2022 album About A Boy sharpened that approach with more detailed arrangements and a personal, clear‑cut storytelling. On stage, they expand to a fuller lineup, stretching the tracks without losing the bedroom pulse that anchors the recordings.
Also on the bill, Rew comes from Delaware with a DIY approach, handling writing, recording, mixing and mastering solo. His music sits between shoegaze, emo, grunge and bedroom pop, pairing raw textures with plainspoken lyrics built for immediate connection. From a home setup, he crafts intimate songs bathed in gentle distortion and a subdued electricity. REWIN, his debut album on the Philadelphia label Born Losers Records, traces the outline of that sound and sets the tone for a set that keeps things close and unvarnished.
