Trampled By Turtles bring their string-driven bluegrass pulse to the bill. Formed in Duluth, Minnesota, the band moves without drums, stacking mandolin, banjo, fiddle, guitar and bass into tight harmonies and brisk tempos that can flip to slow-burn ballads. From Palomino to Wild Animals and Alpenglow, their acoustic attack sits somewhere between folk tradition and indie bite.
