Powfu Presents: The Lofi Library Tour

Info

On April 18, 2026, Powfu brings The Lofi Library Tour to Phoenix Concert Theatre in Toronto. Under the name Powfu, Isaiah Faber has shaped a rap-sung language that sits between lo-fi hip-hop, emo-rap and indie pop, first forged at home and shared online. Early self-released tracks and the some boring, love stories series laid the groundwork: half-spoken, half-sung vocals, slow tempos, hushed textures and small acoustic details that leave space for the words.

His trajectory shifted with death bed (coffee for your head), built around a sample of beabadoobee’s Coffee, which pushed his intimate writing to a wider audience and led to the 2020 EP Poems of the Past. Since then, he has kept a steady flow of singles and collaborations, including snowflakes with Alec Benjamin and Sarcastic Sounds, extending his melodic, diaristic approach without leaving the lo-fi frame.

On stage, The Lofi Library Tour leans into that economy of means: pared-back beats, a conversational tone, melodies that feel sketched rather than polished. Themes of relationships, doubt and coming-of-age run through the set, carried by minimal instrumentals and a relaxed cadence. It’s a live format that connects his bedroom beginnings to the present, revisiting key tracks while opening space for newer cuts and collaborations.
