Info

Tigers Jaw bring their indie rock and emo-leaning songwriting to Rickshaw Theatre in Vancouver on Friday, June 12, 2026. Formed in Scranton in the mid-2000s, the band has gradually centered around the creative duo of Ben Walsh and Brianna Collins. Clear guitars, discreet keys and shared vocals shape a sound that sits between melodic pop punk and understated indie rock. With a catalog stretching from early releases like Tigers Jaw and Two Worlds to Charmer, Spin and I Won’t Care How You Remember Me, they draw on nearly two decades of songs built on direct writing and subtle melancholy.

Pool Kids add a math-rock twist to emo and indie rock. Launched in 2017 in Tallahassee around singer-guitarist Christine Goodwyne, the quartet with Caden Clinton (drums), Andy Anaya (guitar) and Nicolette Alvarez (bass) moves between angular riffs and precise, shifting rhythms. After the 2018 debut Music to Practice Safe Sex To and a self-titled album in 2022, the band returned in 2025 with Easier Said Than Done on Epitaph, pushing toward more streamlined hooks while keeping their intricate rhythmic feel.

Bleary Eyed completes the lineup at Rickshaw Theatre, Vancouver, for a night anchored by guitars, dynamics and tightly crafted songs.
