Old Dominion - How Good Is That World Tour

Info

Old Dominion brings the How Good Is That World Tour to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Ottawa on 25 April 2026. Formed in Nashville by musicians with Virginia roots, the band folds country into pop and rock textures: bright guitars, a mid‑tempo pulse and melodies built to linger. Before stepping forward as artists, they wrote for Nashville peers, a habit that sharpened their knack for tight hooks and everyday storytelling. Since the early EP and albums Meat and Candy, Happy Endings, Old Dominion, Time, Tequila & Therapy and Memory Lane, they’ve sketched scenes of late nights, detours and relationships, shifting from breezy songs to more introspective cuts. Expect harmonies up front, clean riffs and a set that moves through radio staples and newer tracks.

Also appearing, Phil Vassar brings a songwriter’s touch to the stage. A pianist and singer who first wrote for Tim McGraw, Jo Dee Messina, Collin Raye and Alan Jackson, he favors contemporary country guided by keys, shaded with pop and soft‑rock influences. From his 2000 debut through American Child, Shaken Not Stirred, American Soul and the more pared‑back Stripped Down, his catalogue leans on direct, melodic writing and scenes from daily life. Live, that translates into steady grooves, singable choruses and an unvarnished delivery.
