Lucy Dacus brings the Forever Is A Feeling Tour to Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Vancouver on August 14, 2027. Rooted in indie rock with a quiet folk streak, her live set slides between bare, whispered verses and thicker guitar builds, carried by a low, steady voice. The writing stays close to the bone, circling memory, family, faith and relationships. Tracks from No Burden, Historian and Home Video frame the night, while her work with boygenius hints at a sharper sense of interplay and dynamics, without pulling focus from her own stories and pacing on stage.
Sharing the bill, Jay Som leans into introspective indie rock shaped by bedroom pop instincts. Melina Duterte writes, plays and produces much of her music, and that DIY clarity shows live: melodic guitars, soft vocals, arrangements that trace the line between dream pop haze and clean pop structure. From the early Bandcamp-era Turn Into to Everybody Works and Anak Ko, her songs keep a direct core, trading in hooks that unfold slowly rather than flash.
