Mighty Oaks will play at ZOOM Frankfurt in Frankfurt am Main on 27 November 2026. The Berlin-rooted folk trio—American Ian Hooper, Italian Claudio Donzelli and Briton Craig Saunders—has relied since the early 2010s on three-part harmonies, acoustic guitars and clear melodies. Their songs move between indie-folk and pop, with subtle rock touches and introspective lyrics that draw on North American traditions.
Live, they put the vocal harmonies at the center, shifting between intimate acoustic sounds and denser, electric textures—a trajectory that can be traced from Howl (2014) through Dreamers (2017) to All Things Go (2020) and Mexico (2021). On stage this results in compact, direct arrangements that avoid showiness and highlight the trio’s interplay. Expect handcrafted songs and harmonious voices, carried by three musicians who have found a common language.
