Genetikk bring their dark, sample-heavy rap to Munich: on April 12, 2026 the duo will perform at TonHalle Munich. Karuzo on the mic, Sikk at the controls – two constants who have cultivated a distinctive signature together since the late 2000s. Their trademark: masks and a visual language that sits between comic, cinema and pop culture, giving the tracks a pointed frame.

Musically, Genetikk draw on the ’90s US school: soul- and funk-soaked samples, pounding boom-bap tempos, cinematic arcs of tension and contemporary edges. The lyrics are in German, dark, vividly imagistic and technically precise. Live, that translates to spare announcements, tight hooks, hefty drums and room for instrumental passages.

The setlist offers a cross-section of their discography – from Foetus and Voodoozirkus through D.N.A. and Achter Tag to Fukk Genetikk and Y.A.L.A. – with arrangements geared toward stage presence and dynamics. The core remains the same: Karuzo’s sharply delivered syllables, Sikk’s detail-conscious productions and that masked presence that holds the whole picture together.
