Madds Buckley writes like a storyteller, drawing on anime, games and fiction to craft songs that feel like short narratives. From the concept-driven Storytelling (2020) and Sunrise on the Reaping (2021), her clear vocals sit over guitar, piano and understated pop textures, always anchored in character viewpoints and everyday emotion. On stage, she brings these pieces into a songwriter setup, often in duo or small formation, keeping the direct line she forged online with an attentive crowd.
Madilyn Mei leans into intimate folk and acoustic pop. First noticed through stripped recordings shared in the early 2020s, she now shapes self-released singles and EPs with gentle vocals, lean harmonies and simple guitar progressions. Her lyrics zoom in on friendships, relationships, doubt and self-construction, often told through fully sketched scenes. Live, she keeps it minimal and conversational, turning the room into a listening space. Together, their sets sketch an evening of story-first songs and quietly catchy melodies.
