Patson returns to the République on March 2, 2026 with Baltazar, a blunt and generous stand-up show just the way he likes it. Discovered at the Jamel Comedy Club, the Ivorian-born comedian has made his mark with a very oral style steeped in urban culture and a keen eye for observation. On stage he goes straight to the point, teases everyone and aims wide, always with the humanity that is part of his signature.

Baltazar gets him moving: mic in hand, precise delivery, rapid-fire jokes and constant interplay with the audience. Patson sketches accents, families, little quirks and the culture clashes between Africa, the Antilles and France. He strings together seen-and-lived situations, slips in his catchphrases that regulars will recognize — Yes papa, jeu de jambes — and keeps the narrative thread so every bit holds together.
