Info
Paul Simon returns with A Quiet Celebration, an evening centered on the songs that have marked his path from the folk harmonies of Simon & Garfunkel to the open, rhythmic palette of his solo work. His writing moves between folk, pop and understated storytelling, then widens to include the South African and Brazilian influences that shaped Graceland and The Rhythm of the Saints. The set draws on acoustic ballads, soul-leaning arrangements and percussive textures, tracing a line from Paul Simon, There Goes Rhymin’ Simon and Still Crazy After All These Years to later releases like So Beautiful or So What, Stranger to Stranger, In the Blue Light and Seven Psalms. It’s an intimate take on a catalogue built for close listening, with space for melody, detail and the small turns of phrase that linger.
Paul Simon: A Quiet Celebration takes place on June 26, 2026 at RBC Amphitheatre in Toronto. Outdoor event, rain or shine.
