Anthrax will be in Luxembourg on 21 June 2026, performing on the Den Atelier stage. Formed in New York in 1981 around guitarist Scott Ian, the band established itself early in the first wave of thrash and joined the Big Four alongside Metallica, Slayer and Megadeth. Fast riffs, rhythmic precision, chant-like choruses and hardcore influences — their signature remains intact.
In concert, Anthrax goes straight to the point. A tight, no-frills set that draws equally from the classics — from Fistful of Metal to Among the Living — and from more recent releases such as Worship Music or For All Kings. Social themes and nods to pop culture run through songs conceived for the stage, played with a well-oiled mechanics.
In the club setting of Den Atelier, this energy takes on a direct, compact dimension, ideal for measuring up close the impact of one of the historic pillars of American thrash.
