Empire Of The Sun, an Australian duo formed by Luke Steele and Nick Littlemore, blends synth-pop, indie and dance with a strong visual signature. On stage, Luke Steele takes the lead with guitars, processed vocals and futuristic costumes, while Nick Littlemore’s productions create dreamlike, percussive atmospheres designed for live performance. From Walking on a Dream to Two Vines, their discography traces a retro‑futuristic line that their fourth album, Ask That God, extends in 2024, with the tracks Changes, Music On The Radio and Cherry Blossom.

After appearances at festivals on both sides of the Pacific and the Atlantic, Empire Of The Sun returns to Paris on 4 July 2026 at the Zénith de Paris, La Villette. It will be an opportunity to revisit their signature hits and discover new material in a show where image matters as much as sound: choreographies, stage tableaux, luminous silhouettes and sci‑fi imagery accompany instant hooks and electronic pulses. A performance tailor‑made for their kaleidoscopic universe, between synthetic pop, stage energy and a strong sense of set design.
