Pablo Mira

Pablo Mira returns to the stage with a show whose title is still a work in progress, but whose subject is clear: those little and large quirks that make collective life complicated. Co‑founder of Le Gorafi and a columnist who has worked in radio and TV, he unfolds his sense of incongruity and a writing style that points out the era’s faults with deliberate bad faith and an assuredly cool demeanor.

For this third show, he gives free rein to his irritation. The tiny everyday details that drive him crazy, to the point of sending him to an overpriced therapist. The major social trends he says he doesn’t understand — highly gifted or not, it still doesn’t add up — which put his self‑control to the test. And then, on a more intimate level, his rather methodical way of complicating his own life. In short: neuroses, contradictions and distinctly contemporary tensions, told in his deadpan style.
