Holy Fuck

Holy Fuck returns to Paris on September 26, 2026, at Le Badaboum. The Toronto quartet has carved out a distinct place between indie rock and electronic music, embracing machines played live, DIY tinkering and the unexpected rather than rigid sequences. On stage, bass, drums and synths converse without a safety net, with a taste for repetitive motifs, gradual buildups and a very physical energy.

After Deleter in 2020, the band withdrew to Nova Scotia in 2022 to reconnect. From those sessions came Event Beat, an album conceived as a collective playground: instinctive, nervy, and made for live performance, where abrasive textures, simple melodic lines and fragmented pop bursts answer one another.

At Le Badaboum, Holy Fuck delivers an organic, shifting set in which improvisation and the warmth of live playing take precedence over the machines’ rigidity. It’s pulsing, free and unpredictable music, shaped in the moment and driven by the desire to play together.
