Jack and the Weatherman

Jack and the Weatherman will play at the Plaza Club, 109 Badenerstrasse, 8004 Zürich, on 13 November 2026. The acoustic duo from the Netherlands write pop-folk songs with clear guitars, two-part harmonies and light rhythms. Having started in the early 2010s, the pair first drew attention with tracks released online, followed by self-produced singles and EPs. Since then they've been touring clubs and festivals, with a repertoire that shifts between quiet ballads, faster numbers and pop songs with a touch of reggae.

Lyrically their songs revolve around travel, friendship and everyday life; a relaxed, down-to-earth optimism runs through many lines. The arrangements remain deliberately pared-down, leaving space for the voices.
