Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit play OLG Stage at Fallsview Casino in Niagara Falls on March 2, 2026. After his years with Drive-By Truckers, the Alabama-born songwriter formed the 400 Unit, a band rooted between Muscle Shoals and Nashville. Their songs move between alt-country ballads and electric southern rock, with storytelling focused on personal lives, work and the present moment.
The self-titled debut and Here We Rest set their place on the American roots scene, followed by steady touring and live recordings. With The Nashville Sound and Reunions, made with producer Dave Cobb, the group pushed toward denser arrangements while keeping a folk core. Weathervanes, released in 2023, continues that path with melodic, narrative rock. On stage, interlocking guitars, close harmonies and a grounded rhythm section leave room for the lyrics to breathe, carried by a tight unit around Isbell’s voice and guitar.
