Info
On June 13, 2026, Lou-Adriane Cassidy takes over MTELUS in Montréal. A singer and songwriter from Québec City, she crafts French-language songs where chanson meets alternative pop and a rock edge with indie contours. First noticed in the mid-2010s through La Voix, she built her path onstage across Québec, shaping arrangements with electric guitars, keyboards and a pulse that moves from slow-burn to mid-tempo.
Her debut album, C’est la fin du monde à tous les jours (2019), set a clear direction: introspective writing, a direct rapport with emotions, and melodies anchored in steady grooves. With Lou-Adriane Cassidy vous dit: Bonsoir (2022), she widened the frame, pushing the blend of chanson, pop and rock while keeping lyrics focused on relationships, doubt and intimacy. Sometimes solo, sometimes alongside other Québec musicians, she stands within a generation reworking francophone pop with contemporary textures and a strong sense of songwriting.
At MTELUS, she brings these tracks to the stage in French with a full band, navigating tenderness and tension and letting the dynamics of the live set carry the songs.
