Worakls, a French composer and producer, presents his project Worakls Orchestra, where melodic techno merges with precise orchestral writing. Surrounded by an ensemble of musicians, he sets strings, brass and percussion in dialogue with synthetic textures and finely tuned rhythms. Tracks that have defined his career are revealed in new arrangements conceived for the stage, while previously unheard pieces explore territory between electronic music and film score.
On stage, the emphasis is on live interpretation and collective dynamics: themes are developed, buildups are held back, there are sharp ruptures and a sound design that allows both the orchestra and the machines to breathe. Worakls’s universe gains depth—more organic without losing the energy that drives it.
