Choir! Choir! Choir!

Choir! Choir! Choir!, a participatory project from Toronto, blurs the line between stage and audience. There are no passive spectators here: the audience becomes the choir. Guided by Daveed Goldman and Nobu Adilman, lyrics are picked up, voices are assigned, simple harmonies are taught and the song is built together. The repertoire draws on pop and rock, from classics to more recent titles, arranged for multiple voices without fuss. You don't need to read music; what matters is the desire to sing and to listen to others.

They perform on 29 May 2026 at Espace Lumen Ixelles in a format that sits between concert and workshop. On stage, the two leaders set the tempo, explain and rehearse verses and choruses until the song takes off in a few takes. The atmosphere is convivial, open to all levels, and everyone finds their place within the vocal mass. It's an opportunity to discover choral singing in a pop format, live and at human scale, driven by a simple and effective method.
