Damien Saez returns to the stage with La Tournée des Maudits, a format that suits his writing and his taste for long-form narratives. A French singer-songwriter, he blends electric rock, chanson and poetry, with lyrics that shift from social chronicle to the intimate. On stage, Saez alternates between cutting guitars and stripped-down piano, gives space to silences as well as to outbursts, and lets words and arrangements converse without superfluous effects. The repertoire spans several periods, from Strange Days to I Accuse, echoing more recent cycles like Messina or The Manifesto, with that way of setting a mood, stretching a tension, then releasing it in a spare ballad. His voice, rough and clear, remains the guiding thread, supported by a precise band, between riffs, slow climaxes and breaths. Saez will be at Zénith Toulouse Métropole in Toulouse on December 3, 2026, for a concert conceived as a journey through his universe, between signature songs and lesser-traveled paths.
