Gims

Formerly known as Maître Gims, Gims performs in concert on 20 June 2026 at the open-air Amphitheatre of the Zénith de Nancy–Maxéville. A Franco-Congolese rapper and singer who passed through Sexion d’Assaut, he built his solo career with Subliminal, Mon cœur avait raison, Ceinture noire and Les Dernières Volontés de Mozart. His universe mixes rap, urban pop and Afro and rumba influences, with personal lyrics and sung melodies that define his signature.

On stage he draws from all phases of his career: “Sapés comme jamais,” “Bella,” “J’me tire,” “Est-ce que tu m’aimes ?,” “La même,” “Zombie,” as well as more recent tracks, not forgetting a few nods to the collective. The setlist alternates sung choruses and rap verses, danceable tempos and more relaxed passages. Gims draws a clear line between club and ballad, without renouncing his hip‑hop roots or his francophone pop streak. It is a date that allows audiences to travel through the core of his repertoire and to appreciate the scope of his collaborations and influences, from his beginnings in a group to his solo career.
