Patrick Sébastien « Hommages et dessert »

Patrick Sébastien returns to the stage with Hommages et dessert, a show that mixes original songs, impressions and confidences. At the Amphithéâtre Rodez on 23 April 2026, he unfolds a gallery of figures who have marked his memory and French popular culture: Coluche, Bourvil, Louis de Funès, Claude Nougaro, Serge Gainsbourg, Georges Brassens, even the Tontons Flingueurs. Between covers, winks and previously unseen texts, he weaves personal memories with echoes of current events, shifts from one voice to another and reenacts lines that have become familiar.

His characteristic alternation between spoken word and song is present, sliding from an imitation to an anecdote, calling up well-known tunes and then the songs he has written. The cabaret spirit is palpable, with a taste for musical sketches and musical portraiture. Neither a fixed 'best of' nor pure stand-up, this one-man music show moves at its own pace, carried by a sense of tempo and a writing that favors complicity.
