Ahmed Sylla « Origami »

Ahmed Sylla presents Origami, a show that takes the image of folding as its guiding thread. He speaks of paths that are shaped by choices, joys and sorrows, successes and failures. After more than ten years making people laugh on stage and on screen, he unfolds his journey and folds it back onto his beginnings, his detours and his turns, like shaping a paper figure through repeated folds.

He plays with the idea of folding in all its forms: bending over backwards to make people laugh, packing up to leave his hometown, folding away his doubts to move forward. Between personal stories, characters and everyday observations, Origami draws a clear, intimate line where each fragment of story finds its place in the final figure.

Ahmed Sylla will be at the Arkea Arena Floirac on October 24, 2026, to present this new creation. It’s an opportunity to enter the backstage of his journey and to follow, fold by fold, how he constructs his path on stage.
