Les Fatals Picards

Les Fatals Picards have made the stage their playground. Since the late 1990s, the band has mixed rock and French chanson with an ironic, deadpan humor that stays attuned to current events. Mischievous lyrics, a sense of the offbeat, and commitment without posturing: their repertoire ranges from the absurd to everyday life and social issues, carried by a solid guitar–bass–drums sound and backing vocals that know how to tell a story as well as to stir things up. On stage they riff, banter and pick things up, with a collective energy that leaves room for stories and choruses.

On March 21, 2026 at the John Lennon Cultural Center in Limoges, the quartet is found in the flesh and in full-riff mode, between spoken-word passages, breaks and controlled derailments. Old songs and new material cross paths, always between satire, tenderness and a take on the times. A live show that lines up candid melodies, well-turned lines and ironic, deadpan humor, faithful to the singular identity that has made Les Fatals Picards a distinctive act on the French scene.
