Garou « Solo »

Garou presents Solo, a song recital that accompanies Un meilleur lendemain, released in April 2025, his first album written and composed by himself. After several years of studio work, he opts for the stripped-down nature of solo performance, between piano and guitar, with some technological support to enrich the textures. On 29 November 2026, he defends this new chapter at the Jean Monnier Congress Center - Destination Angers, in Angers.

Solo sketches a direct portrait of the artist. Garou weaves his new songs together with his signature hits, rearranged for an intimate format. He unfolds an autobiographical thread where escapades into nature, steadfast friendships, moments of wandering and love stories intersect. The staging privileges imagery and establishes a sober atmosphere, conceived for the music and the voice. Over thirty years of his career are reflected there without nostalgia, driven by a desire to shift boundaries, to hear the classics anew and to give recent songs room to breathe. A solo concert in which the singer-songwriter asserts his trajectory and opens up new avenues.
