Olivier de Benoist, a French comedian, tackles a simple question: how to be happy? After searching long and hard, he found... a family. Husband and father, he turns everyday life into raw material, alternating confessions and observations about living together, children who upset everything, and the irresistible need to catch his breath from time to time.
