Info
On January 30, 2027, Surprise brings her universe to La Cave Argenteuil, in Argenteuil, for a concert staged at the crossroads where rap, pop and an alternative approach to writing intersect without being boxed in. On stage, it moves between spoken-sung delivery and rap phrasing, with catchy refrains and more oblique zones, all guided by a taste for singular imagery and slightly offbeat atmospheres.
Emerging in the early 2020s, Surprise quickly staked out her territory with the EP L’Inverse (2023), followed by Le plus beau des monstres (2024) and SI Y’A UN MONDE (2025). This Argenteuil live is an opportunity to revisit this method of bending the contours of tracks, to shift from melodic to darker textures, and to establish a coherent imaginary world, centered on voice and writing, in a French scene where borders are becoming increasingly porous.
