Info
Fontaines D.C. return to France on June 15, 2027, at the Théâtre Antique de Vienne, with a set that extends their shift toward a more expansive rock sound. After a high-energy European arena tour, the Dublin-based band Fontaines D.C. continues to stretch their post-punk origins toward more atmospheric formats, without relinquishing the rhythmic tension or the screeching guitars. Led by Grian Chatten's voice and the band's blunt, direct writing, the show promises to be a back-and-forth between punk urgency and more hypnotic passages. At the heart of this tour, Dopamine Chamber, the fifth album produced by James Ford (XL Recordings), opens a new chapter: broader textures, choruses that breathe more, and an undercurrent of unease that surfaces behind the adrenaline. Between recent tracks and songs that have become essential since Dogrel, A Hero's Death or Skinty Fia, Fontaines D.C. promises an evening that plays on contrast, between immediate pleasure and a looming threat.
