Info
On September 17, 2027, André Rieu brings his signature mix of violin-led classics and easygoing orchestral favourites to OVO Arena Wembley in London. Both soloist and conductor, the Dutch musician has built his concerts around the spirit of the Viennese waltz, leaning into that warm, swinging pulse that made Strauss a household name, and stretching it into a full evening of melody-first music.
Backed by his Johann Strauss Orchestra, founded in 1987, Rieu’s programme typically moves with the ease of a great playlist: waltz highlights, operetta excerpts, film themes, popular songs and well-known classical pieces, all arranged to keep the flow lively and accessible. Expect polished playing, big ensemble sound and plenty of room for voices too, with guest singers and choirs often joining in. Above all, it’s a show built on connection: a classic concert format, opened up by crowd interaction and that unmistakably festive, dance-ready energy.
