Info
On March 17, 2027, Kula Shaker land at O2 City Hall Newcastle for a show that digs into the band’s signature blend: psych-rock drive shot through with Indian colours and a spiritual undercurrent. Since the mid-90s, they’ve built their identity on the push and pull between crunchy electric guitars and sounds like sitar and tabla, turning classic rock structures into something more kaleidoscopic.
Expect a set that moves between punchy, chorus-heavy moments and longer, more hypnotic stretches where rhythm and melody loop and evolve. It’s the kind of gig that’s built for live intensity: tight grooves, swirling textures, and that slightly mystic vibe that’s been part of the Kula Shaker world from day one.
