Info
On April 3, 2027, Vlad Holiday brings his lo-fi indie universe to Drake Underground in Toronto, shaped between New York and Nashville and fueled by a very DIY way of writing and producing. His songs sit at the crossroads of dream pop, bedroom pop and psychedelic rock, with side-glances to new wave, soul and jazz. Expect melodic lines wrapped in hazy guitars, soft-focus grooves and that hushed, intimate production that makes everything feel close-up without being fragile.
Onstage, the multi-instrumentalist leans into the flexible rhythms and vaporous textures that run through early releases like Quit Playing Cool, Tunnel Vision or So Damn Into You, as well as the EPs Fall Apart With Me and Write Me Off The Show. With the momentum of his first album My Favorite Drug, the set should move naturally between laid-back warmth and more expansive, swirling moments, built for a late-night crowd.
