Session Victim bring their characteristic warm, sample-built deep-house sound: silky grooves, rounded basslines, and that disco- and soul-edge that always sounds like music on the dance floor, not like an effect. Whether closer to a live feel or conceived as a DJ set, this is about flow, texture, and the interplay between boogie, downtempo, and house. Adriana Lopez, by contrast, pursues a direct, hypnotic techno trajectory.
