Info
On November 22, 2026, at the Mediateka in Tychy, as part of the 35th Ars Cameralis Festival, Anna von Hausswolff will perform—a Swedish vocalist, composer and organist who, through dark songwriting, experimentation and the timbre of pipe organs, builds her own dense world. Her concerts can range from intimate, almost whispered moments to long, swelling forms on the edge of drone, slowly tense rock and dark ambient. The characteristic 'growling' organs mingle here with guitars and rhythm, and the expressive voice leads the whole as if it were a separate instrument.
In Tychy, the artist will be accompanied by: David Sabel (bass guitar), Filip Leyman (synthesizer), Joel Fabiansson (guitar), Love Meyerson (drums) and Otis Sandsjö (saxophone). In the background of this lineup will also resonate the latest chapter of her sound known from the album Iconoclast (2025) – more energetic, yet still full of tension and space, where the weight of the sound and the breath between the hits matter.
