Info
On March 17, 2027, Makala arrives at Le Bikini in Ramonville-Saint-Agne with what has been her strength since YAMOTO: a way of inhabiting the stage without overdoing it, yet filling the room from the first track to the last. Her rap moves between rhythm and melody, with vocal play, spoken-word passages and more sing-song refrains, driven by dense production, rounded bass and synthetic textures at the forefront. We also encounter her taste for cinematic atmospheres and pop nods, this approach to building tracks as sequences that unfold, accelerate, break, and restart. Between direct energy and more introspective passages, the live set promises above all a precise, intense performance, conceived for the present moment, not to replay a record identically.
