Info
On April 25, 2027, at Le Molotov in Marseille, Lone Assembly arrives with Knots & Chains, their debut album, and this distinctly their own way of fusing new wave, romantic synth-pop, and dark post-punk. Driven by the vocals and keyboards of Raphaël Bressler, the Swiss quartet moves along with emphatic basslines, cold guitars and taut synthesizers, balancing melancholic melodies with club pulsations. On stage, the songs drill into the knots of everyday life: the grip of control in all its forms, the pain and alienation, not to mention what endures behind it—the hope and the strength. A live show that relies as much on energy as on atmosphere, somewhere between electric tension and more delicate bursts. Opening the night, Alice Kean will perform her cold-wave synth-pop before giving way to the rising power of Lone Assembly.
