Info
On February 26, 2027, Pomme returns to the stage at La Coopérative de Mai in Clermont-Ferrand, with a project marked by a genuine turning point: at 30, she for the first time alone assumes the artistic direction of her fifth album. There, one finds her taste for a French chanson with folk and acoustic-pop contours, this writing that remains closest to the intimate and to its vulnerabilities, but with a more defiant ambition in how the whole is crafted. At the heart of the album lies the image of the fortress: a refuge that protects as much as it confines. An idea nourished by her work around Peau d’homme, in which she embodies Blanche, and by this interplay of mirrors between her diary and the character’s, which has seeped into the songs. On stage, she is carried by her trusted fellow musicians—Michelle Blades, Pauline Denize, Zoé Hochberg and Corentin Ollivier—to bring these pieces to life, in a balance of gentleness, tension and precision.
