Info
Pomme returns to the stage for a concert at La Laiterie in Strasbourg on January 22, 2027. Behind this stage name, Claire Pommet has shaped a French chanson with pop-folk contours, carried by precise writing and by her own distinctive way of fitting the intimate into clean melodies. Trained at an early age in choral singing and cello, she builds pieces where the acoustics remain central, with often pared-down arrangements and an attention to timbres.
From En cavale and À peu près to Les Failles, she has established a direct register, permeated by themes of anxiety, love and the fragilities of daily life. Consolation broadens the palette, while Saisons opens a more orchestral facet, conceived in movements. On stage, this evolution translates into changes of texture, between softness, tension and breathing spaces, and a relationship to the text that remains at the forefront.
