Info
Quiet Light, the project of the Texas-based producer, singer, and multi-instrumentalist Riya Mahesh, brings her idiosyncratic take on electropop to the stage on November 4, 2026 at Monarch in Berlin: songs like Dream Sequences, somewhere between ambient veils, electronic coldness, and folk-tinged hints. Her pieces thrive on clear, spare melodies and plenty of space between them, as if they glow in slow motion and at the same time push against fading.
Since the eponymous debut EP in 2020, Mahesh has released a string of self-produced releases, including Blue Angel Sparkling Silver (2023), Fourth of July, Going Nowhere (2024) and Pure Hearts (2025). With the forthcoming mixtape Blue Angel Sparkling Silver 2, her debut on True Panther, she broadens the sonic palette: a rapid montage of places, faces, and influences that tells more through feeling than through a storyline.
Live, you can expect a set that places less emphasis on grand gestures and more on atmosphere, detail, and that pull that can tilt you out of everyday life for a moment.
