Info
Kakkmaddafakka are coming to Copenhagen on Saturday, February 6, 2027, at AB&B – Amager Bio, with their “Hest 15” show. The band from Bergen has since the 2000s had a particular knack for turning indie pop and rock into something that can be sung along to and danced to, with disco and funk touches and occasional rap flourishes, when it makes sense. On stage it's not only about songs, but about drive, interplay and that collective energy, where the choruses lift the room, and the guitars keep it grounded and tense. Their catalog spans from the early releases and Hest to later albums such as Diplomacy and Revelation, and live they usually tie it all together with a tight rhythmic foundation and a sense that the concert is built in collaboration with the audience. Expect an evening where the catchy melodies and dance-friendly grooves take the lead, without losing its edge.
