On February 11, 2027, at the Palladium in Warsaw, Almost Monday will take the stage as part of the Thank God It’s Almost Monday Tour. The San Diego trio, led by Dawson Daugherty (with Luke Fabry on bass and Cole Clisby on guitar), brings indie pop heavily infused with a California laid-back vibe: a touch of surf-inspired glow, a touch of dance-ready pulse, and crisp guitars and choruses that are easy on the ear.
Their songs revolve around everyday life and relationships, without pretension, but with a sense of rhythm and subtle funk touches. In the setlist you can expect the energy known from the EPs don’t say you’re ordinary (2020) and til the end of time (2021) and newer singles that solidify their sound at the crossroads of indie pop and subtle electronics. It will be a show to sway to from the first bars, but with room for more intimate moments between drum hits.
