almost monday comes on February 16, 2027 to the Plaza Club in Zurich – with the 'THANK GOD IT’S ALMOST MONDAY TOUR'. The San Diego trio, consisting of singer Dawson Daugherty, bassist Luke Fabry and guitarist Cole Clisby, brings an indie-pop blend to the stage that sounds like the Californian coast: clear guitars, danceable grooves, and a light surf- and funk-influence, without drifting into gloss.
Live, the band performs their songs like small snapshots of everyday life: relationships, nights, this constant on the road between euphoria and head cinema. With the EPs 'don’t say you’re ordinary' and 'til the end of time' they have sharpened their sound between pop-alt and subtle electronic edges – melodic, rhythmically precise, direct. In Zurich you can expect a set that feels more like a club than a show: up close, energized, with choruses that sit right away.
