Born in Paris, a city of clubs and cultural crossroads, Acid Arab has built a territory of its own where techno and acid rub shoulders with the voices, rhythms, and imaginaries of the Arab world, the Middle East, North Africa, and the Mediterranean basin. The duo moves forward with a physical electronic sound, tailored for the dancefloor, but always interwoven with traditional chants, dry percussion, melodic motifs from elsewhere, and trance buildups that unfold without forcing.
On February 11, 2027, Acid Arab lands at Krakatoa in Mérignac, for a live performance conceived as a genuine shared language: machines do not dominate; they engage in dialogue. On stage, their taste for collaborations and traditional timbres blends with synthetic textures, in a set that leans as much on power as on detail, between club pulsation and reinvented heritages.
