On June 9, 2027, Tame Impala lands at Rotterdam Ahoy with the Deadbeat Tour, a stop in a new European leg following the sold-out rounds of 2025 and 2026. The Kevin Parker project continues to seek that quintessential crossroads where psychedelic pop, electronics, and club vibes intersect. Live, that translates into long, pulsating grooves, melodies that linger, and a sound that feels both tightly produced and hallucinatory. Deadbeat, the fifth album, takes center stage, with tracks that sharply define the new chapter of Tame Impala without erasing the older work.
Wet Leg opens the evening: the duo Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers deliver indie rock with direct guitars and that dry vocal delivery that sits somewhere between speaking and singing. Since "Chaise Longue" and their 2022 debut, they have been crafting short, sharp songs with angular riffs, pop hooks, and a lightly ironic undertone, perfect to warm up the crowd for Parker and co.
